ASIAN CUISINE WITH KITCHEN ACROBATICS

A noodle dish as finger food? Hard to imagine, but not impossible! For our Asia Noodle Sticks, we have stabbed our sticks into traditional noodle variations from China, Japan, and Thailand. When we prepare the traditional dishes with all authentic ingredients in a wok and then drape the result in bite-sized portions around bamboo sticks, the motto is “From Wok to Stick“. A genuine innovation your guests will love!

CHINA: SWEET-AND-SOUR

Chinese regional cuisines are multi-faceted, but what you get everywhere is a typical sweet-and-sour extra: the transparent-reddish China Sauce. This sauce has also become firmly established as a popular flavour profile with us – as an accompaniment to rice, meat, and fish, but mainly also in combination with Chinese noodles.

JAPAN: SHININGLY SAVOURY

Japanese Teriyaki Sauce got its name from the combination of the words “shine“ (= Teri) and “to grill“ (= yaki). The Japanese cuisine uses the sauce as a marinade for meat, fish, and vegetables so that the food comes along with the distinctive sweet-and savoury taste and the appetizing shine.

An original highlight of our product developers which combines the best of three worlds: the lightness and the beauty of sushi, the versatile layer-upon-layer design of a burger, and the handiness of finger food. That are our Asia Sliders – light Snack Minis made from Uruchi rice, with three authentic fillings, and entirely handmade. Hint for the finish: Refine the inscenation of your Asia Sliders with various toppings such as Shiso cress, sesame, chilli strings, dried blooms or shoots!
