We encourage and motivate a sustainable and healthy lifestyle:
Free fruit and subsidized, varied, and freshly prepared meals and salad bar in our canteen
Active together and doing good: since 2021, we participate every year in the McDonald's Charity Race. For every kilometer driven by our employees, we donate to the McDonald's Children's Homes.
Every year, our Health Days take place – with the company doctor on-site, offering joint vaccination campaigns, G37 eye examinations, and personal well-being services.

Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct defines the principles, values, and standards of behavior we commit to. Our goal is to create an environment based on integrity, fairness, and respect.
This code of conduct serves as a guide for our daily actions and ensures that we always act in line with our values.

We also pay attention to this along the entire supply chain and therefore have a fundamental declaration in Germany regarding the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
To ensure this, we place great value on the confidentiality and anonymity of whistleblowers. Our Whistleblower Policy guarantees that all reports of violations of legal requirements or internal guidelines are treated confidentially.

Climate protection and sustainability are very close to our hearts. That’s why we work with long-term partners and printing companies who participate in various climate initiatives and projects.
Since 2022, almost all advertising materials have been printed climate-compensated.
Among others, we support the following sustainability projects.

Weyerhäuser – Uruguay
The Lumin/Eucapine Uruguay Forest Plantations project is dedicated to the reforestation of degraded grasslands in Uruguay. On these areas, sustainably managed eucalyptus plantations are established to improve soil quality, promote carbon sequestration, and provide wood as a renewable resource. The plantations are managed with consideration of ecological and social criteria and also serve extensive grazing, ensuring sustainable land use. This project significantly contributes to the restoration of degraded lands and the promotion of sustainable forestry.

Forest Conversion in Ennepetal, Germany
The planting project converts a spruce monoculture near Ennepetal in North Rhine-Westphalia into a stable and species-rich mixed forest. This supports biodiversity and reduces greenhouse gas emissions by sequestering CO2.
