    You always get your best inspiration from the original! That’s why our trend scouts love to peer over the shoulders of Asian cooks. In this way, they have been creating new trends based on Asian cooking for many years. Food stalls, restaurants or private stoves – our product developers smell and taste and thus find out many a secret, allowing them to take the genuine, and authentic spirit of Asia back home. This is where we combine tradition and trend to create surprising new inspirations!

    ASIAN CUISINE WITH KITCHEN ACROBATICS

    A noodle dish as finger food? Hard to imagine, but not impossible! For our Asia Noodle Sticks, we push our skewers into traditional noodle variations from China, Japan and Thailand. When we prepare the traditional dishes with authentic ingredients in a wok and then wrap the result in bite-sized portions around bamboo sticks, we call this ‘From Wok to Stick’. It’s a genuine innovation that your guests will love!

    CHINA: SWEET AND SOUR

    Regional Chinese cuisines are multifaceted, but one thing you can get everywhere is a typical sweet-and-sour sauce: the transparent reddish Chinese Sauce. This sauce has also become firmly established as a popular flavour profile with us – as an accompaniment to rice, meat and fish, but mainly in combination with Chinese noodles.

    JAPAN: SHINING AND SAVOURY

    Japanese teriyaki sauce got its name from the combination of the words ‘teri’ (shine) and ‘yaki’ (to grill). In Japanese cuisine, the sauce is used as a marinade for meat, fish and vegetables, giving the food a distinctive sweet and savoury taste and appetising glaze.

    THAILAND: HARMONIOUSLY TASTY

    Thailand’s national dish, pad thai, is a must-have on any Asian menu. But we are the only company to provide this dish on a finger-food stick! The characteristic mix of Thai flavours such as sweet, spicy, sour and salty creates various different balances in taste. Perfect for meat, shrimp and tofu.

    SUSHI MEETS BURGERS: ASIA SLIDERS

    The lightness of sushi, the layered versatility of a burger, and the convenience of finger food. These are our Asia Sliders – light snack minis made from uruchi rice with two authentic fillings: Chik'n® Red Curry or Veggie Mushroom, all completely handmade. Tip for the finish: Enhance the presentation of your Asia Sliders with various topping options such as shiso cress, sesame, chili threads, dried flowers, or sprouts!
