Palveluntarjoaja kerää tietoja verkkosivustollaan Userlike UG , Probsteigasse 44-46, 50670 Köln, Saksa (https://www.userlike.com/de/) -tekniikoiden avulla Userlike-verkkosivuston live-chatin yhteydessä ja tallentaa ne, edellyttäen, että suoritat chatin "valinnaisessa kirjautumistilassa".
