Snacking is and will remain an unstoppable trend – mainly for the bakery around the corner where snacking can be implemented in an even more creative and imaginative way. In order to be able to render worthwhile and practical support, SALOMON FoodWorld® has established a cooperation with experts: together with two award-winning bread sommeliers, the WILDBAKERS, we have created new snack concepts and new snack recipes for bakeries.

We at SALOMON FoodWorld® know the industry, and we know about the pressure many bakeries are exposed to. That´s why the snack concept provides a particularly reliable calculation basis – with food service products which are pre-cooked, frozen, portioned, usable as hot and cold products, and which can be used flexibly for different recipes. So even smaller bakeries operated by a reduced number of staff remain flexible and open in implementing their ideas.
